Do you know how to use Touch screen panel separator machine ? Let me introduce to you step by step :
1.Remove the frame from the LCD assembly.
2.Put the LCD assembly on the metal plate with LCD side above and secure it with 4 adjustable clamps.
3.Turn the machine on and set the required temperature.
4.Once the machine has reached the required temperature, carefully place the alloy cutting wire in place along the top of the LCD panel. Be careful around the delicate LCD panel.
5.Gently and slowly move the wire from left to right with downward pressure to work all the way from the top of the LCD to the bottom.
6.After the LCD has been separated, remove the LCD panel from the machine slowly and have caution with the hot metal plate.
7.Apply the liquid optical clear adhesive on the LCD panel to clean the old glue. You may rub it or peal it off with your figures or scrape gently with a knife until the LCD is clean of residue.
8.Clean the LCD panel with a microfiber cloth. Place the LCD screen into the fitting molds. This machine comes with 7 different molds for different models of cell phones.
9.Apply the UV glue generously on the LCD panel and bond the new glass panel to it. Make sure the new replacement is free from dust, dirt or fingerprints. Make sure you use enough glue, otherwise air bubbles may appear.
10.Apply pressure to the glass so the UV glue will disperses across the entire surface to make sure the two panels are perfectly bonded in place without any air bubbles.
11.Place the LCD assembly under UV glue dryer lamp until the glue sets.
12.Clean the UV glue residue from the LCD assembly and reassemble the frame.
